Tony was born in Minneapolis and began practicing law in Ohio in 1972. He has focused exclusively on Family Law since 1990.

His undergraduate degree in business administration, along with an extensive background in accounting, corporations, business, and real estate has made him an expert in business and financial matters. Early in his career, Tony served as the Ashland County Prosecutor. At the time, he was 26 years old and the youngest prosecutor in the state.
