Tracy is a lifelong Columbus resident and graduate of The Ohio State University and Capital University Law School. While attending Capital University Law School, he was a member of the Capital University Law Review and clerked for a firm which represented clients in the areas of domestic relations and probate law.
Before joining Grossman Law Offices, Tracy operated his own law firm for twenty years with a focus on domestic relations, real estate, criminal, and probate law. He also founded/co-owned Step 1 Title Agency, Inc. which provided residential and commercial real estate title services in Ohio. Tracy built up a reputation as an ardent, ethical litigator, which he uses, along with his deep knowledge of Ohio law, to obtain excellent results for his clients in their divorce, dissolution, child custody, child support, and alimony cases. He is certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a Specialist in Family Relations Law and has been listed in Best Lawyers.
Tracy is committed to learning each client’s unique needs. He represents his clients with compassion and concern for their emotional and financial well-being, using his honed negotiation, settlement, and conflict resolution strategies, or a more aggressive approach based on his client’s particular desires for the case.
A resident of Upper Arlington with his wife and two sons, Tracy enjoys coaching and watching his boys compete in sports activities. He and his family spend a lot of time outdoors, traveling, and following the Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland Cavaliers. Tracy is also an active hockey player in the Columbus Adult Hockey League.
